There's a big difference between saying "I like fat bottomed girls" and saying "I fixed this girl by making her bottom fatter".
And before you say "tHaTs NoT wHaT tHe TwEeT sAyS", that's this whole Twitter account's schtick - "fixing" images of women by making their asses and titties fatter, and applying Snapchat filters to their faces.

Relatively speaking, it's plenty compared to the average no name screaming into the void post. Compared with the top engagement accounts, it's rookie numbers. A post starts being properly viral once it breaches 50k likes.
