Maybe we shouldn't fight it any more. Maybe we should just keep upping the price so much that it would no longer be economically viable for bribe lobby our politicians. Would they keep up their polluting ways if the price was $72M? How about $720M?
Yes, and I think that's why we're seeing such quick and drastic measures being taken against student protesters - too many powerful people know that these protests will be effective if allowed to continue.

Old time solar user here. I installed a 2.4KW system myself in 2003. Initial cost $16K, reimbursed half of that. We never regretted the cost - only wish we could have installed more. Now we also want batteries.
