Es so klingen zu lassen, als hätten die Bemühungen von Nazis, die Wahrheit zu unterdrücken, und das, was das Finanzamt da tut, irgendwas gemein finde ich dagegen massiv schwierig.
Was die Gemeinnützigkeit angeht: ich war Zeit meines Lebens in Vereinen in praktisch jeder Funktion. Für ihre Gemeinnützigkeit betteln eigentlich alle Vereine. Außer natürlich die bei den Politikern so gut verkaufbaren Sportvereine. Die kriegen zur selbstverständlichen Gemeinnützigkeit noch Förderungen obendrauf. Einfache Jugendvereine die "nur" Kindern und Jugendlichen eine Plattform bieten, natürlich nicht. Eh klar.
Also lasst uns nicht so tun, als sei das Problem die eigenartige Rechtslage für Journalisten. Dass das jetzt ist, woran sich Netzpolitik und co aufhängen, ist Käse. Stattdessen sollten sie mit allen anderen Vereinen für weniger Willkür kämpfen, nicht darum, ihr eigenes kleines Nieschchen zu bekommen und sich dann am A lecken lassen.

Is this sort of crime really on the rise or do you just feel it is? Because that's not the same. You getting reports of such things (which might not even be true) is not indicative of real numbers. So I warmly suggest looking that up firsthand. No need to live in rage and fear about an issue that doesn't really exist the way you think it does.
"Eye for an eye" doesn't work. It feels "right" to have someone who did disgusting things treated disgustingly, right? Yet, our sense for what is just is a little shortsighted. All this would do is start a downwards spiral. By protecting people from harm, no matter what, society sets the standard as time hat justice is and how we're supposed to treat each other. If we lower this bar, this will lower the standards for all of us. We always have to treat people with respect and dignity to demonstrate what "right" is.
Which is super weird because the threshold where MCAS would finally give up and let the pilot do some piloting for a change was ridiculously high (if it let go at all which is another fuckup)

I think we should do the opposite. As soon as some symbol becomes a dog whistle, we should all rush to use it for it's original meaning as much as possible, thus preventing the dog from hearing the whistle where it's supposed to be used as such.
Now imagine how fucking sad it would be if he had accidentally put a blank paper in there, thrown out the heartwarming and touching letter he'd written to his kid with all the feelings he never could express otherwise and died thinking his kid would at least find some comfort in those words.
Like, the whole company did stuff the way it would work best, everything was fine, until some assistant bloke somewhere answered a question from some super important walking suir honestly without thinking too much of it. Big mistake.
That upper management guy then noticed that what the company was doing didn't "match their strategy paper for the current fiscal year (it did) and was presented to them differently (it wasn't)". He then had his staff fly into action in a wild outlook-driven frenzy, not listening to any counter by anyone, because "Mr. UpperManagemenGuy has instructed, so..."
In a blind effort to not draw the ire of Management, departments started bending and breaking stuff left and right so it would fit into managements fever dream of the "integrated customer". A customer, who bought each and every PlayStation thing because mighty management forced an account onto them. Because that's what's really important to people.
Thats usually what happens in corporations, when we see this weird hotchpotch of almost panicked ad-hoc decisions and revisions on what was already decided and working.

Secondly: how are your links you referred us to showing that the joke made is eurocentric and racist? What's real GDP growth (that's what the map you linked showed) got to do with anything? Why is the corruption perception index any indication of how hard life is gonna be if you are born in a certain place? It doesn't show how much corruption there is or the effects of said corruption, just how corrupt things are perceived as.
And regarding the happiness index.... Have you looked at the page? It lists almost exclusively countries within Europe, so that would support the joke, would it not?
You'd just get your test back with a bullshit form on it they drafted instead of answering your questions. The form will contain several dozen made up laws and order you to release them immediately with a complimentary bowl of ramen or some bullshit.
