Good Morning Friends! I figured it had been a while since I talked about very much. All the while mainlining D4 and then getting tired of it... I have still been playing HSR in the background doing a few things each day. I talk a bit about the recent events that have been going on in the game.

Hello! I’m a Reddit and Twitter user trying to figure out this whole Fediverse thing because I’d like to drop those apps entirely. My longest-term anime fandom is Mobile Suit Gundam, and of course my current obsession is Witch from Mercury.

Looking for a non-toxic space for discourse on the medium in general, and it seems like this instance has a strong ethos and identity. My time is fairly limited, so I likely be more lurker than contributor, though I may share photos of my (not-so-great) Gunpla builds from time to time.

Beyond that, I think my number one personal interest is in narratives, both fictional and socially-constructed, and how people interface with storytelling. That includes narratives constructed by games, although my gaming interests have slowly drifted away from big AAA fare and more toward small-studio RPGs, horror, retro emulation, and arcade-style games, as well as abstract board games like checkers, chess, and go.

Just got done doing the new dungeon, Ghosts of the Deep, that came out yesterday and got the helmet, chest and cloak for my Hunter, so now my Hunter has a much better look than earlier.

Pretty fun dungeon compared to the last couple that I haven't enjoyed all that much.

Hunter is looking pretty fashionable right now in my opinion!

Screenshot of my Hunter showing off the new armor from the dungeon and my regular weapons that I use regularly.

This is my Destiny 2 Season 21 Hunter look! Going black and red for this season.

I try my best to change up the look each and every season and then keep that look for the entire season.

While I do own/play a Titan and Warlock, I don't play them very often as Hunter is my main.

Still got Cha Cha Cha on the mind and can't help but think Fortnite would only be improved with the addition of Eurovision

I wholeheartedly disagree with the producer here. The term was never used or intended to be discriminatory. If you keep doing "Japan only" things, of course people in response would come up with a specific term to refer to them but it was done as a form of showing respect. It's the same reason we use terms like JPop, JRock, Jdrama, Kdrama, KPop, Bollywood, Europop, etc.

Another city builder to add to my wishlist (it shows up in my newsletter subscription just now). I would love to play this now, but I don't really have the time to play another game at the moment, especially something like this that requires time, strategy, and focus. I'm currently too occupied with Genshin lol

Speaking of computer games, I used to build the worst roller coasters in the world on Theme Park Tycoon just to see it crash and burn.

I should probably do that thing, huh?

Hi! I'm Tindra (while not what people at work call me, I've been using this name long enough I'll totally answer to it in person). I'm currently trying to figure out if Uncle Sam will let me go after two decades.

Started out my career doing IT, everything from first line of support to running the network for a base. When it became an option, switched over to "Cyber Network Defense", which then got me converted to "Cyberspace Operations". Though these days I spend more time wrestling with things like "how do we train and retain a talented workforce?" than "how do I solve this technological problem?".

My main claim to fame is having entirely too many certifications, though you may also know me as the person who is knitting in the audience.

I am multicraftual, proficient in , , , , with lesser skills in , , , and have even been known to do some . Also , and I consider to be doodling.

Recently I've been getting interested in game design, and how can be used to help non-technical leaders understand the risk space enough to make well-informed risk decisions.

I also liberally boost cat pictures. You have been warned.
