Comic book variant covers scare me. Sometimes comics will commission an artist to draw a cover for a rare version of the comic you can only buy at conventions and stuff. I guess it's possible to buy this issue online for $20, understanding that the actual comic inside isn't nearly as colorful and stylish. I guess it's for people who put their comics in frames and hang them on the wall instead of actually reading them.
