Kind of anxious about the upcoming #guildwars2 patch on the 26th, since they've not released any information about it and I'd really not like to see my characters have their builds ruined again, when I've been playing those same setups for 6+ years (or since 2014, in the case of one they outright removed. Again).

I just want to enjoy the game, not be worried that my characters will get progressively worse for seemingly no reason other than "but raiding."

Imagining a future where Guild Wars 1 skills and attributes get meshed with a #gw2 style of overworld and fluid combat, that doesn't sabotage itself and remains true to both the franchise origins and its manifesto.

Or honestly any new game that can somehow blend their styles without being just another MMO RPG.
