@2ndStar Ich hatte auch ganz kurze Zeit eine eigene Instanz, habe dann aber sehr schnell realisieren muessen, dass das ja nur ein weiterer Layer ist, den ich administrieren muss. Also gleich wieder gekuebelt. 😃

Kann mir jemand aus der Bubble eine Navi-App () speziell fuers empfehlen? Sie darf ruhig was kosten, aber nicht als Subscription!

Ideal waere Kartenmaterial aus der DACH Region (oder auch ganz Europa). Sie sollte Fahrten tracken koennen, Statistiken erstellen und nach Moeglichkeit keinen Account/keine Registrierung irgendwo verlangen.

Gibt es da was?
Koennt ihr aus eigener Erfahrung was empfehlen?

This new iPad Pro is fantastic. Very happy with it. Except it’s also not a MacBook Air. All this power and this 3 legged OS. Stage Manager is a weak simulacrum of a window manager. Please unify these operating systems.

@shanselman I see your point. However, I never ever want macOS looking like iOS/iPadOS! Never. There is enough stuff "ported" to macOS from that world which, imho, doesn't really match the macOS metaphor.

@jrsharp I’m an oldie regarding the Net. Used the German DATEX-J, all the BBS’s, „Akkustikkoppler“ (don't know the english term for it), Modem's, IRC and all that stuff... BUT: I never tried out Gopher. 😀

Jetzt ist unser Geschirrspueler schon ueber eine Woche defekt, und wir haben noch keinen Neuen in Sicht. Die Wartezeiten liegen ab Bestellung im Schnitt zwischen 1-4 Wochen.

Aber ganz ehrlich: Ich gewoehne mich langsam dran. Es ist unglaublich bequem einen zu haben, ohne Frage. Aber brauchen…? Nicht wirklich. 🤔
