The stackexchange is abandoned, the subreddits feel haunted, there are sparse posts that are few and far between with limited and carefully monitored activity, there isn't much talk about Monero even in general cryptocurrency communities other than the occasional passing mention....
I don't think Telegram users are the kind to use decentralized solutions, they will rather use some proxy. I think it is still important for Monero community still being active on Telegram for more exposure.
There is currently a fee bug with Monero, that the wallet doesn’t automatically bump the fee when there is a backlog. This fee bug is causing sync issues with many wallets. The bug has already been solved with Anonero.io, and other wallets will be rolling out fixes shortly....
