Help, please? I'm new to the , and enjoying socializing. I took a look into using the WordPress plugin on a blog but it looks like that's not a viable option, at least for the moment. I'm a little bewildered by the Fediverse still and my eyes are starting to glaze from doing research, so it might be easier to ask: does anyone have reasonably simple (and, unfortunately, cheap) suggestions for a method for posting regular blog posts (actually, chapters)?

Because we don't already have enough to figure out between Mastodon and BlueSky, and because I guess he and the others can't be bothered to just hang out with us on either of those? Figured I'd test out a couple other Mastodon clients/apps/whatever. Hyperspace looks great, except that the text is so tiny I'd have a headache in minutes, and I don't see a way to change it. (Even ctrl-+ in the window makes no difference.) Looks lovely though, and if it weren't for that, I'd probably use it. Single-column, not a huge number of options you have to mess with.

@wlf_warren Do you mean the hashtag ? Anyone can see that from anywhere.

If you mean, can we see pebble.social... we can see people with accounts on it the same way we see anyone else. But there is a "local" feed on pebble.social that (I think) you can only see if you have an account there.

I THINK that's how it works. That's what I'm understanding from explanations, at least.

Hi! Another lost soul from looking for a new home and a way to not lose touch with the awesome people from there.

I do like (and other ) and along with and (not an expert on either).

Major but can be chatty.

Most of my time is spent serving my cats or fiction that's very friendly.

And I am never going to be able to remember to use hashtags on everything on a regular basis...
