Vor einigen Jahren begegnete ich Felix Juhl, schon zu der Zeit eine sehr dubiose Person, so wirkte er auf mich. Er wollte zu der Zeit Software beschaffen, die er nicht frei am Markt kaufen konnte. Es wurde schnell klar, dass er als Strohmann (Nachrichtendienst DE) agierte, was später auch bestätigt wurde (Bundestag Drucksache 17/7902, https://dserver.bundestag.de/btd/17/079/1707902.pdf), denn Anfragen zu ihm wurden als geheim eingestuft. Nach und nach tauchte er in die Schweiz ab, war da noch in einer Firma tätig ...
verließ diese aber auch mit einem Beigeschmack und war dann weg. Im Internet fand sich nichts mehr zu der Person. Interessanterweise ist er nun wieder aufgetaucht, dieses Mal jedoch in London (Artefaktum Ltd. 2019, https://www.northdata.de/Juhl,+Felix,+London/2hy). Die Firma, die damals beschaffen wollte, die GTS - Gesellschaft für technische Sonderlösungen KG existiert wohl noch auf dem Papier in Augsburg.

As a result, disclosure would jeopardise the functioning of our security authorities and thus the security of the Federal Republic of Germany. […]
