Latest reminder that the Trump stolen-classified-documents case judge is effectively a member of the defense team:

@dangillmor I wish there was something that could be done about this. Stealing classified documents is a serious crime.

But I guess this judge is just allowed to be openly corrupt. We appear to be powerless.

wasn't able to hornswoggle into submitting "hypothetical" jury instructions in order to use them against him later, knock wood. But it was guaranteed that she would delay-delay-delay the trial.
