There are loads of videos of teams calls on youtube. Here's a longer one on Zoom instead of Teams, but pick any and play it on fullscreen to hide the youtube UI and nobody will bother you. Work in peace!

I currently work from home 100%, as my team’s office is a 4.5 hour drive away. This has worked for the last year but I’m now thinking of trying to do a 1-2 days a week in a paid office space....
