The directory is sort of small (a few thousand) as it's not about trying to list everyone. The idea is just that it gives people starting points to follow, and those accounts will boost even more accounts they might be interested in.

I'm mainly trying to help people who sign up and aren't sure where to start with their follows. Once they get started, it's much easier to discover even more accounts 😃
