It was an incredible complement for someone with too many interests and too little time. amateur radio general license (KC9UNZ), GMRS (WRYP955), open source software enthusiast, Web site developer for a number of not for profits. 30+ years supporting technology with an M.Div and 20 years in the parish (yes they overlapped). Oh and I play woodwinds and sing tenor as well.

Truth Social is apparently based on Mastodon - according to their website.

They claim to have 5 million users.

They just floated on the stock market and have a market cap of $7 billion.

The Fediverse has around 15 million users, so by the same logic this place is worth $21 billion.

You all owe me a million dollars in fake shareholder value for reading this.

Just read @pluralistic 's blog post about the difficulty that @2600 is having, both with its publication and producing the con. This is tragic - I've never attended HOPE, but I've seen many videos and read so many recaps and articles inspired by it. Support 2600 today!

@johnmark @pluralistic @2600 I can't remember how long I've subscribed. Recently bought a lifetime subscription. I admit some of the articles are a ways over my head, some not, but that's how we learn. I also look forward to the pictures of phone booths and humorous pics of 2600, 404, etc that are submitted. I turn to the back pages first!
