@GottaLaff He doesn't play by the same rules. Why do people insist on treating him fairly? Just throw him to jail for a month, no phone, no communication, let him experience no first ammendment!
@GottaLaff he keeps berating and discrediting witnesses on his social media, pushing gag orders, defying subpoenas, I could go on. Just because of those 3 things, anybody else would've been long time ago in jail. That's how JUSTICE gets discredited!
@GottaLaff in other words... the recent 10th fine with the caution of jail of it doesn't stop has already been ignored amd no jail happened. I'm not surprised that it happened, but the speed was impressive
He's been warned already (in voir dire IIRC) about muttering loud enough for the jury to hear. Anyone else, even a mob boss, would have been sanctioned for it by now.
@GottaLaff More special treatment…any other defendant would have likely been admonished immediately by the Judge, and not in a side bar to the attorney unheard by the Witness or Jury.
