NFL: Wish the transcripts were released to the public the same time they're released to the Press...they're getting them earlier...according to Joy Reid usually around 10pm the day of trial...the ones released to public on the NY Courts website don't post until the next business day....usually in evening...they're also posted in html file format with no pdf download enabled. Boo-hiss. If anyone knows how to get them earlier and in PDF I'm all ears.

NFL: Unfortunately, after reading the Tuesday transcripts of Stormy's testimony, it looks like there may be some valid concerns about unallowable prejudicial statements being made. Hope it doesn't cross the line into mistrial land or provide grounds for reversal like Weinstein. I would be deeply sickened if it goes that way...Stormy's testimony is critical here...to get out the facts, but without violating the rules. Oy!

Justice Merchan called ’s lawyer to a sidebar to say Trump was “cursing audibly” & possibly intimidating Daniels... “I understand your client is upset at this pt, but he is cursing audibly & shaking his head visually & that’s contemptuous. It has the potential to intimidate the witness & the jury can see that...I am speaking to you here at the bench because I don’t want to embarrass him. You need to speak to him. I won’t tolerate that.”
