I seriously hope China makes RISK-V a viable option . I'm fed up with slow adoption of arm by so many vendors .
ARM Linux laptops are going to be great, but no ones making them . atleast if RISKV becomes a thing , we can move away from x86 , maybe innovation and healthy competition can return to Intel AMD duopoly
To my surprise , I started using copilot very often.its continent in work laptop.
P.S my personal laptop doesn't have this shit (Linux) but its really helps when you got to look something up real quick.
urlWell I stopped using it as soon as I learned how it works. I even de registered from their website Unlisting number. But yeah I occasionally needs it , for that truecaller bot exist in telegram.
I want to move away from Cloudflare tunnels, so I rented a cheap VPS from Hetzner and tried to follow this guide. Unfortunately, the WireGuard setup didn't work. I'm trying to forward all traffic from the VPS to my homeserver and vice versa. Are there any other ways to solve this issue?...
This one works , I myself have done it cause my shitty isp needs a huge payment for a static public ip. A 5$ VPS was much cheaper . Server behind NAT
I can help if you got any doubts
I'm using contabo and the VPS I got is advertised as 1 Gigabit. When I do a speedtest or use iperf3 to connect to public servers I get pretty close to 1 Gigabit. But from my residential IP the speed drops down to 100-250 Mbit/s. My home internet connection can handle 500 Mbit just fine....
Had the same problem, I found the problem with my ISP , you can do speed test to different servers in speedtest.net . I observes a huge decrease in speed to many servers. This is mostly cause my ISP had bad peering to most servers. Only nearby servers gave full 200Mbps speed. Even some within same country agave <50.
The single connection speeds would mist likely be less cause of your ISP's bad peering. This doesn't mean you won't ever get the full speed . when multiple connections are made from different places they would be using the full 1gig speed.
But in iOS , addons (ublock origin) are not available at least outside EU, so brave is the better choice as it got brave shield . everywhere else I use Firefox.
Yes I myself would check if it works with home assistant before purchase , but also there should be some guaranteed period for majority users who want features but not bother with self hosting.
Apple's next generation CarPlay allows auto manufacturers to license the OS | Don't look now but Apple is back to licensing an operating system after decades::undefined
Yep , auto manufacturers needs incentive to develop a open protocol such as this. Its not a easy task as this would need to be complaint with many regulations and safety standards. I have some hope for the SDV (software defined vehicle) future like COVESA where the industry is moving towards an opensource architecture but for user softwares you're right its totally with the manufacturer to allow such open api to users.

Actually you dont need to trust a upstream DNS server. Checkout dnscrypt-proxy in github. You can use dnscrypt with Anonymized DNS relays. You can use the IP of this dnscrypt-proxy as your DNS resolver.
