Need to come up with a domain for my upcoming (on friday) #mastodon instance.

It is going to be a vehicle to promote a radio show I host every Saturday night. My show centers around independent music from the north central #Ohio area.

My hope is to attract users interested in submitting music to the show, trading gig among themselves, and promoting local gigs.

Any ideas?

I'm rereading @pluralistic 's "Little Brother" for the third time since its release. And STILL... Every time I see "Clockwork Plunder," I think of a game called Toy Bizarre on #commodore64 that I wasted far too much of my life on. Even the music gives me PTSD.

I went to look for @pluralistic 's "Little Brother" on audiobook this weekend on Audible. The only thing there was an audio blurb about why none of his works were there. I bought it.

I totally agree with him. I checked the local library for the audiobook and was able to check it out immediately.

I need to double-check that it's a good book to suggest to my old fart friends who think that we shouldn't be concerned with privacy if we have nothing to hide.

Question for other people who deal with Linux servers incidentally:

I have used Ubuntu LTS (the most current version) for the past few years when firing up a server. These servers don't do anything other than run a few docker containers.

I am wondering if Debian might be a better choice.

Thinking that since Debian is slower to adopt the latest and greatest, it might prove to run more stable for a longer lifespan.

Thoughts?
