@GottaLaff CA markets over a certain dollar threshold is so painful lately as a seller, it took me 3x longer than I expected on mine. Keep your chin up, the right buyer will come along and all the pieces will fall into place.
@GottaLaff@SoOverIt When we sold our condo to buy a house, it was so stressful that I got Shingles. Before 40. I'm sorry it's so stressful, but you will get through it!

Here in Oklahoma, houses sell better in summer when people are more willing to move when kids are out of school rather than move kids in middle of school year. Hope you don't have to wait that long!
@GottaLaff damn, so sorry! Are you otherwise satisfied with your realtor? Sometimes it really is the realtor who is not up to the task (both I and my mum had to change realtors before anything happened).
But, from other replies you’re getting, it sounds like the current market is just pretty difficult. Sigh.
