Casual non-techy coworkers yesterday were talking about using excel reports to analyze data & turns out two of the people use to know how to do something in excel.

So, before this stuff, if you were like, "how do I do X in Excel" in google, you'd get a bunch of hits and then have to wade through the results to see which link was actually what you were looking for, then test out if their solution works.

Now, you do the same thing, but in , even just upload a photo of what you are trying to do, and instead of a bunch of dubious links, you get an answer that probably works. That probability is just as good as the probability after combing through search results yourself, but without the combing.

There are over 1 billion websites with over 30 billion web pages out there on the internet and regular search absolutely sucks now. It's no wonder normies are seeing as magic when it can take 30 billion+ results and give you one answer that's most likely what you are looking for.

Meanwhile, in Well That Sucks news. Target is not placing pride merch in a bunch of high risk stores now. The bullies won.

And, it seems they are pulling non-Pride LGBTQ+ themed merch it did have in those stores as well. So maddening and frustrating.

While I get protecting teammates, 100%, these moves only embolden the bigots. 😞

@itty53 I'm in the apparel industry and have had the good fortune to work with a lot of people at Target. A lot of really great queer folk.

I can only imagine their frustration internally about them being targeted like this.

I get extra frustrated that everyone focuses their anger at Target and not the violent bigots.

The victims are store employees having to work a fucking cash register while hoping no one shoots the place up over a fucking rainbow.

Just finished the re-watch of Person of Interest. Like 10 minutes ago. God damn what a show. Still teary eyed. Needed a good cry after some heavy existential stuff I’ve been going through. The show did not hold back.

From a somewhat campy start with interesting philosopical implications to it’s incredibly heavy, dark, and impactful finish. Glad we re-watched it. Felt more relevant than ever.

Anyways. Highly recommended.

I hesitate to wonder about my mental health without running. The rhythmic breathing exercises, working through life's issues (until your focus becomes 100% on making it to the next intersection or something), and just the feeling of achievement getting it done, no matter the pace.

The watch tracks the health, for sure, want to stay healthy and not over do it, but in the end, getting outside and working through the challenge is what it's all about.
