📷 Baby and her sisters ignored me today as they were too busy scarfing up food pellets. I talked to them, but none would make eye contact. That's focus. 😊
Sung before the King at New-market:
A 17th Century broadside ballad by Thomas D'Urfey, describing the sights and sounds of Newmarket during the racing season.

It's terribly hot these days, so it's time for an #IceAge masterpiece from the Swabian Jura: a tiny (4.8 cm lenght) #horse carved in mammoth ivory some 40,000 years ago - the oldest known sculpture of a horse.
On display at Museum Universität Tübingen.
I'm not sure i'm ever going to be able to get a mini-horse as a pet and have it live in my apt. here in Seattle, no matter how much i want this to happen.
I'm pretty sure it would be an uphill battle to get a mini-horse accepted as a companion animal to help me, even though another kind of animal wouldn't be an issue (likely a dog).
I own several plush horses, i have several horse t-shirts and two hoodies with horses on them but i still feel like i can do better.
I'm preparing to figure out how many of these i need to make it seem like one wall of my apartment is a barn. I might put one in my bathroom too.
It's not as cool as mini-horse, but... it would make me happy and that was the goal of getting a real horse as a pet.
I just saw this for the first time, from what i can tell it's been shared online for several years now and i have no clue who the originator is of this.
While this is obviously a trick the owner taught the horse it put a big smile on my face.
I love horses and seeing the horse help tuck themselves in and get a hug while laying down in bed with a pillow is awesome. :)
A next analog photo from my Zorki 4. It's a konik (a polish horse) in the wild in Oostvaardersplassen, Flevoland, The Netherlands. There are many of them in the Netherlands. 🐎 🥰 💛
