Hach ja, nun ist es hoch offiziell, dass Reddit nun deine Daten für OpenAI sammelt. Alternativen diesbezüglich im Fediverse hatte ich schon länger her vorgeschlagen, das ist @LemmyDev und/oder @kbin, die nicht an deine kostenlosen Daten verdienen (profitieren).

I was honored to meet Mastodon founder Eugen Rochko, aka @Gargron, yesterday afternoon in San Francisco. He's the real deal: committed to doing something good for the world and boasting serious technical skills. He also has genuine humility, a welcome trait in the tech world.
The occasion was a meet-and-greet put together by Flipboard's @mike, whose company has enbraced the fediverse in a big way.
I hope to do more to help make the fediverse succeed.

Today was a great set of meetings and discussions, moving the #Fediverse forward. Nice to reconnect after too long with @chrismessina - and to meet @snarfed.org@snarfed.org @J12t@anca@frozencanuck in person, lots more connections to make tomorrow. Is there a #Fediverse software that able to show #3D content? I talking about rendering STLs, with uploading previews together with #STL file. It can be done using raw #WebGL or Three.js as a way to render it.

Southern Brazil 🇧🇷 is under a massive flood (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXhighMI44s) as I post this, which covers 80% of Rio Grande do Sul, and we need donations for food, water, anything to restore the homes that have been lost by this tragedy. Yes, 100+ died and more than 200.000+ people had to leave their houses due to the flood and the rain will continue to affect us until the end of May.
