Pixelfed Live is so fun to use, and I'm working on making it even easier to use end-to-end.
It's one thing to support Live Streaming, but it's a whole other thing to have that baked into an ephemeral feature that is accessible and more popular with the general public than a dedicated video platform or live streaming platform.
I look forward to bringing proper live streaming to the fediverse, via @pixelfed, @loops and @supapp 🚀

I am looking to install a electric car charger at home. The recommended charger requires an active internet connection and (most likely) will constantly connect to servers in other countries - no sane person wants that.

I'm scoping out a new project at work around network federation but more organisation-organisation than user-user, are there any examples of this?

Certain Americans are very (and often justly!) proud of their right to free speech. They are so proud of it they exercise it frequently, whether welcomed/appropriate or not.

There are over 8K LoC for Pixelfed Groups atm, and that will likely double in the coming months (mobile apps, federation, etc...)
